Chief Executive Officer Ineo Systrans

Dear Clients, Dear Partners,

I am pleased to introduce the first issue of our newsletter.

I hope this will create a bond aimed at keeping you informed of the company’s headlines, on its technical and commercial offerings, as well as its strategic directions.

This initiative addresses the request that you unanimously formulated during our Customer Satisfaction Survey. For this 4th issue, 90 clients - transport authorities and operators- participated in this survey conducted by Praxis, the independant Study Institute that has been working with us for the last 7 years.

You are 86.5% satisfied or very satisfied (20%) with Ineo Systrans. More than 85% of the respondents would recommend the company. Once again, you emphasized our competitive advantage based on our product range and our technical expertise. The reinforcement of a reliable and stable relationship was also requested.

Your testimonials strengthen our conviction and drive our entrepreneurial spirit. I sincerely thank you for sharing your invaluable feedback that stresses our absolute commitment to serve our clients with dedication and enthusiasm.

TECHNOLOGY TRENDS

A new Navineo infographic in vehicles

Ineo Systrans integrates the new screen format trends (16/9 or extra-wide) and offers easy and legible information throughout the vehicle’s journey: a dynamic line diagram alternating with pages dedicated to commercial messages, points of interest and connections.

A line diagram is automatically built, based on the line description and the applicable control actions: it shows the previous stop, the vehicle location, future stops, connected lines and the final destination.

It also displays the estimated time of arrival at main stops, the non-covered and temporary stops due to diversions. Using an extra-wide screen allows a richer presentation of the number of stops.

This infographic also reassures those passengers who will use other transportation modes, such as the train by displaying all downstream connection times. It is also possible to alternate passenger information with images related to points of interest and to schedule text or graphical messages.

Project life

The transportation network of Le Havre launches LiA app to simplify travel

March 26, 2015, LiA network operator (Transdev) presented a free smartphone application that provides buses and trams real-time passenger information, the nearest stop-and the disturbances. “This multi-purpose tool reduces the uncertainties of transport and reassures users” summarized Sylvain Picard, LiA Managing Director.

Ineo Systrans provided the Computer Aided Dispatch, Automatic Vehicle Location and Passenger Information system for Le Havre tram and bus network.

“The system meets its objectives and reliability levels were achieved on time. Two years after its commissioning, the CAD/AVL has been fully integrated with the operating teams, at the Operation Center and on site” said Sylvain Picard. “I had a good experience with the system deployment. Ineo Systrans’ team demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and cooperation during this important transition.”

LiA transportation network signed in late 2014 a software and hardware maintenance contract for 3 years, including a 24/7 assistance call.
